Documents Required for Clearance and Registration

If you are aspiring to study at Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), it is important to know the documents that will be required for admission clearance and registration. Some of these documents should be prepared ahead of time, while others can only be obtained after admission has been offered. Keeping them organized will make the entire process faster and stress-free.

Note: Documents such as JAMB result slip, O’Level results, birth certificate, and tax clearance should be made ready before admission. Others like the admission letter, acceptance fee receipt, school fees receipt, and verification forms can only be obtained after admission has been secured.

It is strongly recommended to keep both the original copies and multiple photocopies of each document. They will be required at several points during admission clearance, departmental registration, and other university processes.
